General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 377bet platform and all associated services. This document forms a legal agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 377bet ("Platform", "we", "us").

1.1 Key Definitions

• Platform: The 377bet website, mobile application, and all services included therein.
• Account: A user's registered personal profile used to access the platform's services.
• Wager / Bet: The process of placing a specific amount of money on the outcome of a game or sporting event, with the result determined under pre-agreed conditions.
• Balance: The total amount of funds currently available in a member's account, including both deposited funds and earned bonuses.
• Bonus: Additional benefits granted by the platform subject to the fulfilment of specific conditions.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

Membership and Age Restriction

To register an account on the 377bet platform and use any betting or casino service, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may register only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, the platform reserves the right to close all such accounts.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and your own.
• If a false identity or another person's information is used during registration, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

377bet may verify a member's identity before processing a withdrawal or when a specified amount is exceeded. In such cases, a copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested. The platform reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold withdrawals if the member is unable to verify their age and identity.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Specific procedures must be followed when depositing and withdrawing funds at 377bet. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
• Deposits are generally added to the account after automatic verification. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party payments will not be accepted, and suspicious transactions may be held for review.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
• To make a withdrawal, the wagering requirements of any active bonus must be met (see Section 4 for details).
• Withdrawal requests may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Liability

A successfully completed deposit cannot be reversed. Please notify the 377bet support team immediately of any erroneous or unauthorised transaction. Any attempt to commit fraud through deliberate misuse of the payment system will result in account closure.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

377bet runs a welcome bonus for new members and various weekly offers for existing members. Please read the conditions below carefully before claiming a bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw funds from this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning ৳25,000 in bets must be placed for a ৳1,000 bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or betting categories — certain games or categories may be excluded.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time.
• Minimum odds or specific play-type requirements may apply for bets placed with bonus funds to count towards wagering.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus fraudulently, or a violation of bonus terms is proven, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
• Bonus offers are available for a limited time, and 377bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. There are three tiers — Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Higher tiers are reached through regular and active play. Example: a Silver-tier member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games are available at 377bet. Separate rules may apply to each category, but the general rules below apply equally across all categories.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet has been finalised, it cannot be cancelled or modified, unless a clear technical error has occurred.
• If a bet is not accepted or is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded to the balance.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly and are clearly abnormal, 377bet reserves the right to review or void that bet.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using any software, bot, script, or automated method is prohibited.
• Using an arbitrage strategy — placing opposing bets from multiple accounts on the same event to secure a profit — is prohibited.
• Placing bets using another member's account is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to access the platform's systems without authorisation, stealing data, or engaging in fraudulent activities is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

5.3 Bet Cancellation or Void

If an event is cancelled, ends before the scheduled time, or the result cannot be confirmed, the relevant bet will be declared void and the funds returned. In disputed cases, 377bet's final decision will be considered binding.

Account Suspension and Closure

In any of the following circumstances, 377bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

6.1 Reasons for Account Closure

• Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account on behalf of or for use by a minor.
• Evidence of fraudulent bonus claiming or manipulation to gain an unfair advantage.
• Suspicion of involvement in money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Threatening or harassing any platform staff or other members.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Permitted Use

• Copying, modifying, republishing, or distributing any part of the platform is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

The 377bet platform operates on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given.

9.1 Platform Liability

• 377bet is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection, device failure, or third-party service errors.
• 377bet is not obligated to provide financial compensation if services are temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen technical issues or unavoidable circumstances.
• The platform has no control over the outcome of bets or games — results depend entirely on an impartial random number generator (RNG) or real-world events.

9.2 Member Liability

The member is fully responsible for all activity carried out on their account. It is the member's responsibility to notify 377bet immediately if any third party accesses their account without authorisation. Any loss resulting from delayed notification will be the member's responsibility.
